We are a multigenerational group of seven Black women. We have over thirty years of combined experience in real estate, mortgages, and title services. We began our non-profit journey with the intent of creating a safe space for the underserved youth and adults in the Twin Cities and surrounding areas. Under Building Plenty Foundation, we service our community in two areas: Building Empowerment and Building Leaders.

We began Building Empowerment, when we started to see barriers around credit and financial literacy, we decided to be a resource. Since it has expanded to support business owners and homeowners in education and assets.

We launched Building Leaders with programs tailored to promote economic mobility and professional readiness for the youth. Our vision is to provide them skills that are immediately applicable in the workforce.
